$500.00 per night

Rate does not include NH Room tax of 8.5%.

10 person maximum

2 night minimum. Holidays- 3 night minimum 

Minimum $250 charge for damages and/or excessive cleaning.

 

 

Cancellation/No show policy

Reservations canceled 14 days or more prior to date of arrival will not be charged.
Reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged for the full original reservation, plus tax and fees.

Our Cancellation/No show policy is not weather dependent. We will not offer refunds for inclement weather.

There are NO REFUNDS for holiday cancellations.
